Dulce has been a certified personal trainer since 2017 and holds a Master’s degree in Exercise Science. As an NSCA-CPT, she specializes in helping adults build strength, improve functionality, and achieve lasting body composition results. Passionate about creating a positive and supportive training environment, Dulce loves teaching group classes and building a community where clients feel strong, confident, and capable both in and out of the gym.

Dr. Connor Wolfe grew up in Columbus, Ohio—an athlete through and through. Baseball, football, and wrestling shaped his competitive drive and discipline, but also taught him what happens when you push the body beyond its limits.
After a shoulder injury and more than 20 dislocations, even after surgery, Connor discovered that true performance isn’t just about training harder; it’s about recovering smarter. Finding Advanced Muscle Integration Technique (AMIT) completely changed the game, restoring his shoulder function and transforming his understanding of health, recovery, and performance.
Today, Dr. Wolfe blends chiropractic care, exercise physiology, and sports performance to help athletes, especially golfers and endurance athletes, train intelligently, recover deeply, and build lasting resilience.
He believes most athletes don’t have a training problem, they have a recovery problem. Chronic stress, nutrient depletion, and metabolic dysfunction often keep the body stuck in survival mode. His work focuses on helping athletes identify these barriers, restore movement and physiology, and unlock their full potential without sacrificing long-term health.
